Calling all friends and supporters of local farming and film. Clayton County CAN and Up Up Decorah are co-hosting a FREE mini film festival at the Elkader Opera House, on Monday, April 25th at 7pm. The Up!Up! Film Festival is a collection of independently produced shorts, each exploring questions of farmland access, rural livelihoods, and the sustainability of people and place.
